Bhangra Kings RBD get ready to showcase new tour and album

International Urban group RDB has come a long way in becoming one of the leading South Asian producers, musicians, singers and entertainers in the world, with a huge following in the UK and internationally in India, Pakistan, Middle East, Canada and America. RDB, which was formed in 2000 by three Bradford-based Punjabi Sikh brothers Kuly, Manj and Surj, has radically pioneered the style of British Bhangra by remolding it into a raw urban sound, making their work stand out from the crowd. Their musical influences were shaped at a young age when they were introduced to music by their father, who taught them to sing religious songs and play the harmonium in their Gurdwara (Temple).RDB (Rhythm Dhol Bass) have brought audiences around the world a new genre of music. Bringing different musical styles and genres together and fusing these with South Asian influences is ultimately what comprises the familiar and popular 'RDB sound'. Putting their distinctive musical stamp on the international and UK music scenes, RDB have written, sung, played instruments and produced for countless hit songs, most notably for many A-List Bollywood films, including the cross-urban music track, Shera Di Kaum, which saw them collaborate with Grammy Award winning American artist Ludacris and Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. Other mainstream collaborations include tracks with Snoop Dogg, Elephant Man and Public Enemy.
