Mumbai: Vidya Balan, who has turned super popular in India and around the globe post her brilliant acting and bold avatar in The Dirty Picture, is being victimized by a stalker who has continuously been stalking the babe since quite some time. Her fan following has multiplied twice after the success of the movie. But there is a crazy fan who has turned obsessive for this sexy siren.The guy in his late 20s had started following her wherever she went post the release of The Dirty Picture. He also followed her to the film sets. Now he gathered the big courage and reached to Balan’s apartment.He is found everywhere – on the sets, at her building and everywhere. Vidya even said him ‘Namaste’ considering him her usual fan. Last week, things got worse when the stalker reached at her apartment. It was fortunate for Balan that she was not there at home. Her sister who delivered twins in November 2011 was there at Vidya’s residence. The stalker rang the bell and her sister opened the door. When he asked about Vidya, she told that she was out. The stalker then uttered to Vidya’s sister that she had gone out with her niece Ira and nephew Ruhaan.This stunned her sister and Vidya a lot that the actress alerted the security guard to keep an eye on him. So when he returned to the building, the security guard called the police who arrested him. But he was released after a warning to be away from the actress.

Katrina Kaif on world tour

Mumbai: Katrina Kaif, the leading Bollywood actress, has literally been enjoying world tour by shooting for the films. She is enjoying every bit of the filming in various parts of the globe. In 2011, she actually travelled around the world. Last year, she shot for Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger (being made under the banner of Yash Raj Films) opposite Salman Khan. She initially filmed in Ireland and then the unit moved to Istanbul, Turkey and then to India. Now with the beginning of the new year, the film was shot in Havana. Katrina liked shooting in Cuba a lot and said that the schedule in Cuba went brilliantly well. Katrina, 26, has previously worked with director Kabir Khan in his movie ‘New York’ in 2009. And with Salman , she has done various movies like Maine Pyaar Kyun Kya, Partner, Subhash Ghai’s Yuvvraj, Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan (Salman appeared with her in a song) and Bodyguard (Katrina did a song with Salman). Thus she is quite comfortable shooting with Salman Khan and also he was once his lover and is rumored to be a present lover as well. The film is scheduled to be released on Eid this year. The last spell of the movie is expected to be shot in Thailand.Katrina has now started working with another Yash Raj’s movie opposite Shah Rukh Khan. This unititled movie is Yash Chopra’s comeback as a director. The film will be shot in London where Katrina always loves to shoot as her home is there.

Saif Ali Khan punches a man at Taj hotel and case registered against him

Mumbai: Well, stars are considered to be the icons and the public properties but what you start thinking about them when they misbehave and fight with the public, who love them and adore them? Post Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s punches, it is now the turn of Saif Ali Khan. Saif punched a man in the face at Taj hotel in Mumbai.The reports reveal that Khan landed into a brawl with a man at a pub of five star hotel last night and the fight ended up Saif’s punching the man in his face. Police have also confirmed the fight taken place at Taj Hotel last night between Saif Ali Khan and a man. Police have registered a case under section 325 of the IPC against the Bollywood star. The whole saga is that Saif Ali Khan along with his girlfriend Kareena Kapoor and fewer friends such as Amrita Arora Ladak, her hubby Shakeel Ladak and Malaika Arora Khan were sitting at Wasabi restaurant at Taj Hotel and having the dinner. Iqbal Sharma, who is the resident of Juhu, was there on the adjoining table and eating the dinner with his family. There was much noise emerging from Saif’s table, which was disturbing Iqbal and his family. The man complained about the noise. Saif did not like complaining of the man and got angry over it. This lead to a fight between the two and Saif Ali Khan asked Iqbal to go to library if he wants peace.The sources tell that the fight initially took place between Shakeel Ladak and Iqbal and Saif intervened to clear it but at last landed into brawl with the man. Saif then gave a punch in the face of Iqbal. After the fight, Iqbal filed a complaint against the star and his associates saying they assaulted him badly with punches and he had a fracture on his nose. Colaba police have registered the case against Saif Ali Khan and his associates.

Deepika goes dark to increase compatibility with Rajnikanth.

Now that it is confirmed that Deepika Padukone will be playing the lady lead in Rajnikant’s Tamil flick Kochadaiyyan, preparations have already begun. It is heard that the actress will have to get several shades darker so as to match her co-star Rajinikanth.Says a source close to the project, “We’re applying a special imported technique to the film wherein the actors’ looks, including their skin-tone, has to be compatible. In Kochadaiyyan, the demands of digitalised filmmaking are different. Deepika’s complexion is many shades lighter than Rajiniji’s. When we suggested that her skin colour should be suitably modified on screen, Deepika sportingly agreed.”Deepika’s complexion will be digitally darkened to match Rajni sir’s color.Co-producer Dr Murli Manohar said, “The demands and dynamics of the technique known as ‘performance-capturing’ that we’re using for the first time in Indian cinema are different. It requires many adjustments and modulation in the actors’ on-screen performance and personality. Deepika has an important role. She is completely in-sync with the unique technique and willing to do whatever is required.”

Kareena Kapoor, a director in the making! 

Off late, Kareena Kapoor is showing too much interest in film making. The actress had impressed Karan johar with her behind-the-scene skills in his latest flick ‘Ek Mein Aur Ek Tu’ and so Karan is all set to give Bebo her own project to direct. It all started on the sets of her beau Saif Ali Khan’s production Agent Vinod Kareena got so involved in the off screen developments of the film that she decided to learn more about it. Well, EMAET then gave her a platform to learn about scripting, editing, mixing and background music. The actress literally was like an assistant director on the sets of Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.Not just that. The actress also gave many suggestions to improvise Karana’s EMAET and they were incorporated in the script too. Thus “Karan has asked her to get on board as a formal assistant and then eventually direct a film,” the source tells a tabloid.

Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Sequel To Begin Shoot Next Month

After getting a tremendous response from the viewers director Tigmanshu Dhulia is all set to attempt a sequel of the movie ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster’  and will be named as ‘Saheb Biwi Aur gangster Returns’ according to to one of the actor of the film Deepraj Rana the entire team has planned to shoot the movie from 15^th of march. He also mentioned that along with him Jimmy Shergil, Mahie Gill and Irfan Khan will also be playing role in the sequel.The shooting has been delayed due to incomplete script and thus the shooting will begin from the mid week of March. According to sources Neil Nitin Mukesh was also approached for the movie but he refused to play role as he found nothing interesting in the movie and thus Irfan Khan found a lpace instead of Neil Nitin Mukesh.

UTV denies purchasing 'Dabangg 2' rights

UTV Motion Pictures has brushed aside rumours of purchasing the rights of the sequel to Salman Khan-Sonakshi Sinha starrer, 'Dabangg 2' for Rs 140 crore. 'Dabangg' became the highest grosser of 2010 and went on to bag several honours at different award ceremonies including the National award for wholesome entertainment. There were reports that Salman Khan's 'Dabangg 2' has been picked up by UTV Motion Pictures for Rs 140 crore including the print and advertising costs but the production house has rubbished all the talk. "There have been irresponsible reports in certain sections of the media that UTV has bought the rights for 'Dabangg 2' for Rs 140 crore, despite us clearly denying this," an official statement from UTV Motion Pictures said. "We would like to clarify that UTV has not purchased the rights of the movie in question. We have been very open about announcing our new projects and communicated them to the media and will continue to do so. We hope this puts all speculations to rest," the statement said.The 2010 action film was directed by Abhinav Kashyap and produced by Arbaaz under the Arbaaz Khan Productions.

Deepika Padukone to pair with Rajini in 'Kochadaiyaan'

Bollywood star Deepika Padukone will romance Tamil superstar Rajinikanth in his upcoming flick 'Kochadaiyaan'. "Deepika Padukone has been confirmed as heroine in Kochadaiyaan," film unit sources said. Deepika Padukone had been earlier cast opposite Rajnikanth in his 'Rana,' since suspended after he fell sick on the first day of the film's sets last year.However, the superstar's younger daughter Soundarya gave his die-hard fans, who had performed special poojas and prayers for his recovery from a reported kidney ailment, cause for cheer by announcing she would direct her father in 'Kochadaiyaan,' believed to be a period flick. Veena Malik says assault accusation a publicity stunt by co-star

Veena Malik has denied allegations that she assaulted co-actor, Vedita Pratap Singh while shooting a fight sequence for their film 'Mumbai 125km'.The Pakistani actress says that she hasn't even been in Mumbai for a while and that Singh is just trying to garner publicity for herself."It is a concocted story, I am in Dubai since the last 30 days. So, how can I manhandle or hurt her," the Express Tribune quoted her as telling a website.

 "The incident, which she claims to be real, is actually a reel shot and the injuries seen on her forehead were made up for the shot," she said.Hemant Madhukar, the director of the film for which the alleged fight scene was being shot, backed Malik's claim.I am not aware of any such incident on the set of my film. Since December 24, Veena has not shot a single scene for us. I don't know what Vedita is talking about," he said.Earlier, Singh had accused Malik of intentionally hurting her while filming the fight scene. However, she has not responded to any of the recent statements made by Madhukar and Malik. (ANI)

Johar asked Kareena – “How do you feel when you see Saif in an intimate scene with another hot actress? Say in ‘Race 2’, Saif has a bare-body scene with a Deepika in bikini, what would be your first thought?”
To which, Kareena replied: “I`d be like ‘Wow! How hot Saif looks’,” and added: “I know how he looks bare bodied!”
On a serious note, she said: “I am quite secure in my relationship with Saif and though I don`t want to say too much too soon, I am quite content!”

Kareena Kapoor to perform on 'Kolaveri Di' at award function

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor will dance to the tune of popular Tanglish song 'Kolaveri Di' and other chart-busting tracks from the south at an award ceremony here.

Besides 'Kolaveri Di', Kareena will be performing on chart-busters like 'Nakka Mukka' (Kadhalil Vizhundhen). This track was included in recently-released Hindi movie The Dirty Picture, and was filmed on Vidya Balan.

She would also perform 'Ringa Ringa' from Telugu film Arya 2. This song was re-tuned with Hindi lyrics for the Salman Khan-starrer blockbuster Ready, a remake of the 2008 Telugu film of the same name.

In the Hindi version of the song, Ringa Ringa was replaced with 'Dhinka Chika'.

'Kolaveri Di', sung by southern star Dhanush and released late last year, has become a rage across the country.

When Pooja Bhatt revealed the first look poster of her ‘Jism 2’ with a nude girl under the wet white sheet, she chose to keep the name of the girl under wraps. However, now the Bhatts have decided to reveal the name of the mystery girl and as anticipated, it has now finally come out that the girl is none other than Sunny Leone herself, the leading lady of the film.

“Sunny Leone is the heroine of Pooja Bhatt’s ‘JISM 2′. Now watch this brave girl unfold her soul and rise higher and higher,” Bhatt wrote on his Twitter page.

Sunny, on the other hand too, is excited about her debut in Bollywood. “Hey everyone! So excited to be working on ‘JISM 2′. Remember to follow @jism2 to get all the movie news first, ” Sunny, whose real name is Karen Malhotra, tweeted.

The makers of the film have also revealed through this social networking site that they need two male protagonists for the film and are looking for them.

“While my dream that is #JISM2 comes closer to realization with @sunnyleone my nightmare with regards to casting my two leading men begins,” Pooja posted.

“Finding one ‘man’ in this business is tough enough and we need to cast two in #JISM2! I suspect strongly that it is masochism that drives me,” she added.

Mallika and Dhanush are the hottest Vegetarian Celebrities

According to ‘The ‘Hottest Vegetarian Celebrities 2011′ poll by PETA, Mallika Sherawat and South star Dhanush have been chosen as the hottest vegans. “Thousands of people cast their votes to help PETA India determine the Hottest Vegetarian Celebrities of 2011, and Dhanush and Mallika Sherawat have been declared the winners,” PETA said in a press release.

“There’s nothing sexier than someone who exudes passion and compassion – and our winners have plenty of both,” PETA India’s chief functionary, Poorva Joshipura, said.

Mallika said about her being a vegan: “If I had to pick the very best thing about being vegan, it’s my clear conscience.”

Meanwhile, Mallika is currently busy with the shoot of her forthcoming film ‘Kismat, Love, Paisa, Dilli’ where she stars opposite Vivek Oberoi. Reports have it that the movie has a lot of steamy scenes between the two stars.

Priyanka Chopra all set to release her first single

Some few months back, actress Priyanka Chopra had revealed her intentions to bring out her debut album. Now, the actress says that she is ready with her first single which would be released soon. However, she wont be releasing the entire album in one go.

Says Priyanka, “It’s one of the biggest achievements of my life. I’d always wanted to be a singer. My father (Dr Ashok Chopra) inspired me big time. And now, everything has fallen into place. We should be bringing out our first single around spring-summer. Then, we’d drop another single in a month or two and so on. We won’t be releasing the entire album together because that’s not how music artistes function in the US. They bring out singles.”

Elaborating further on her decision to bring out singles, the actress says, “There’s nothing wrong with bringing out singles. We all enjoy it when an international artiste cuts one. Why can’t I?”

Pakistani actress-model Veena Malik has shunned the offers to pose nude by international publications such as Playboy and the Hollywood film-makers.

According to B-town sources, Veena had received offers from Playboy, Sun UK and Zoo magazine, but she refused."I have been misquoted by a media agency that I was willing to do anything if I was offered Hollywood films the working culture (there) was different from India and Pakistan," Veena said in a statement today.

The controversial actress had earlier said, "When I am in Hollywood I would do what is expected of me in their industry.
